Job Description
  • Overseeing the payroll function
  • Hands on processing of a portfolio of complex clients payrolls
  • Working closely with the Payroll Manager
  • Management and planning of absence and sickness within the payroll team
  • Leading on 1:1s and appraisals
  • Overseeing staffing requirements and assisting with recruitment for the payroll department
  • Ensure deadlines and SLAs are met

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong Payroll Manager experience, ideally in a bureau/chartered accountancy • Strong people management experience • CIPP qualified is desirable
