Hands on processing of a portfolio of complex clients payrolls
Working closely with the Payroll Manager
Management and planning of absence and sickness within the payroll team
Leading on 1:1s and appraisals
Overseeing staffing requirements and assisting with recruitment for the payroll department
Ensure deadlines and SLAs are met
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
