Job Description

The Company are growing year on year and doing superbly. As a result of this they need to add to the team.
You will be assisting in the day-to-day payroll duties, working closely alongside a Payroll Supervisor and reporting to the Payroll Manager.
You will produce payroll reports, be responsible for checking for accuracy and compliance.
The Company are keen to keep improving processes and so you should look to identify and implement process improvements that can lead to improved efficiency with no detriment to accuracy and compliance.
Apart from day to day payroll duties for employed staff across the Company, you will be involved in key business projects, providing guidance on Payroll processes and legislative requirements.

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Looking for applicants with strong payroll experience. You should have experience of working in a dedicated team and using payroll systems. This will be a challenging, yet highly rewarding role that will operate within a fast-paced environment. You will have up to date knowledge of using payroll systems and with the ability to manipulate data using excel to produce required business reports. You will have an understanding of Real Time Information (RTI) and workplace pensions.
