Job Description

The College is seeking to appoint a highly professional, organized and dynamic individual to take on the role of Student Programme Administrator. The College Education Offices are busy, friendly team environments that provide a high standard of support to academics and students within the various departments in the College.

The post holder’s responsibilities will include providing administrative support whilst working closely with the Senior Programme Administrators, Student Programme Manager and Course Directors in delivering a high standard of student support. Administrative responsibilities include maintenance of student data, being one of the first points of contact for student enquires, providing advice on College procedures and support for department meetings, including minute writing.

Excellent communication and organizations skills are essential, plus maintaining attention to details and keeping to tight deadlines. The post holder must also have a good telephone manner with the ability to communicate diplomatically, confidently and patiently with staff and students. Initiative and flexibility will also be essential.

A very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Experience in using the University record database.
