Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to provide a welcoming, efficient and customer-focused front-of-house reception service for students, staff and visitors, dealing with all communications externally and ensuring the day to day running of the reception area. In addition, this role will report all notified absences to the appropriate department through managing the absence line.

You will have a previous experience of providing administrative support. You will have the ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written with staff, students and the public and a range of other stakeholders. The knowledge and experience of using the ICT packages is essential.

You will work 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday and this is term time based role working 42 weeks per year.
