Job Description

My most prestigious client are currently on the market for a lively and dynamic clerk with has at least 6 months experience within an Accounts function. This world renowned organization has made many organic roles due to the continued expansion and growth leading to the Accounts Department now requires further additions to its lively Accounts Payable team.

You will be involved with the following:

  • Processing high volumes of multi-currency invoices
  • Reconciliations of Purchase Orders and Goods Received Notes
  • Weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Month end bank reconciliation
  • Dealing with staff expense claims and credit card expenses
  • Reconciling supplier statements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of processing high volumes of invoices for payment accurately and within deadlines. Previous experience within a car dealerships accounts team. Knowledge of purchase ordering systems.
