Responsibility for meeting/exceeding monthly KPI’s.
Support the discovery, roll out and adoption of updates from Business Development team
Provide administration support for external marking team transactions including recruitment, allocation, and invoicing.
Monitoring and coordinating course amendments process.
Administration of CIPD qualification key tasks to include:
Cohort planning
Course maps
Course, unit open quality checks
Scheduling tutor timetables/live classes
Marking and IV allocation
Invoicing
Completion
Moderation
Working collaboratively with Learning Delivery Managers, tutors, Quality & Compliance team to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
You may be required to undertake other duties required by the Learning delivery manager, the Academy or the organization as deemed necessary as part of your role.
A positive, “can do” attitude and a drive to help others succeed. Experience of administration working in a fast-paced environment. Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
