Job Description
This excellent opportunity is to support the Finance Director with the Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and other Finance duties whilst also supporting the wider Accounts team as required. The successful candidate will have previous Credit Control and Purchase Ledger experience along with good Excel knowledge.
Duties
All Credit Control, Cash allocation and Reconciliations
Preparation of Debtor list
Regular customer contact by phone and email
Sending out payment reminders quarterly
Maintain and reconcile the purchase ledger
Process purchase invoices on to in-house system
Reconcile monthly statements from suppliers
Process purchase payments and process petty cash
Process employee expenses

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The Candidate will ideally have: Previous Credit Control and Purchase Ledger experience. A friendly approach to credit control. Good phone manner. Good Excel experience.
