Assisting in the day-to-day payroll duties working closely alongside Payroll Supervisor and reporting to the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include:
Supporting and working with the payroll team to process the 4 weekly payroll
Supporting different payroll processes for hourly and salaried colleagues including ROI administration
Supporting the team in the development and implementation of all payroll processes and routines
Oversee and check key areas of the Payroll activity, to ensure accuracy and compliance i.e. new starters, promotions, leavers, etc
Prepare and input data into the payroll system
Production of payroll reports
Resolving payroll queries, whilst providing excellent customer service
Identify and implement process improvements.
Responsible for the day to day management of pension auto enrolment policies & procedures
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking to appoint a Senior Payroll Administrator who has prior experience of working in a dedicated team who has been involved in the implementation of payroll systems and the development of new processes. This will be a challenging, yet highly rewarding role that will operate within a fast-paced environment. You will have up to date knowledge of using payroll systems and with the ability to manipulate data using excel to produce required business reports. You will have an understanding of Real Time Information (RTI) and workplace pensions.
