Reporting to the Group Office Manager, the Finance Manager will be an important part of the team and have one direct report. Main responsibilities are:
Manage the customer invoicing and sales ledger
Produce monthly management accounts to trial balance
Produce monthly business performance reports from the accounts and payroll data
Payroll processing to gross pay, submitting to the payroll bureau and checking the payroll reports, maintain absence records and other routine payroll administration.
Credit control
Provide holiday cover as required for general bookkeeping
Other ad hoc finance/general administration tasks as required, including working in conjunction with the Office Manager to ensure office cover during normal office hours
