Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized administrator to support the wider HR team and in their regional offices to ensure all processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

  • Support the new hires and the onboarding process, generating offer letter and contracts
  • Completing background checks when required and conducting Right to Work checks
  • Updating employee contracts within the HRIS system
  • Support the leaver process including leavers letters
  • Support the monthly payroll process
  • Provide support to employee enquiries

Experience using Workday is desirable but not essential. You must have previous experience working in a HR support role, ideally from either professional or financial services. You must have excellent organizational and time management skills. This will be a busy role you must be able to work well under pressure able to work off your own initiative.
