Job Description
A small/medium company looking to expand their finance department after the pandemic.
- Timely and accurate payment of all temporary workers on weekly basis
- Troubleshooting and providing advice to all colleagues (within Payroll, and operational)
- Ensuring correct administration of all payroll related tasks (such as statutory payments, direct debit payments, pensions, family friendly, etc.)
- Providing training, coaching and mentoring to Payroll team
- Driving improvement within the Payroll function
- Working closely with the Finance, Operations, Compliance, Accommodation and Transport teams
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Providing training, coaching and mentoring to Payroll team. Driving improvement within the Payroll function Working closely with the Finance, Operations, Compliance, Accommodation and Transport teams.
