Job Description

A small/medium company looking to expand their finance department after the pandemic.

  • Timely and accurate payment of all temporary workers on weekly basis
  • Troubleshooting and providing advice to all colleagues (within Payroll, and operational)
  • Ensuring correct administration of all payroll related tasks (such as statutory payments, direct debit payments, pensions, family friendly, etc.)
  • Providing training, coaching and mentoring to Payroll team
  • Driving improvement within the Payroll function
  • Working closely with the Finance, Operations, Compliance, Accommodation and Transport teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
