To be successful in this role, it is essential you: •    are proficient with C++ •    can build software from complex business requirements. •    have some experience working on, and building for Linux. •    are proficient with source control, •    are proficient with SQL, •    be detail orientated •    be able to deliver reliable and effective software •    be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, 'can do’ / solutions based approach, •    be passionate about delivering exceptional service, •    be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, •    manage your own time effectively and work to competing deadlines. •    have a professional and approachable manner, •    be able to work as part of a team and collaboratively across the business, •    are entitled to work in the UK. In addition, it is desirable that you: •    are proficient with TCP and UDP •    are proficient with JavaScript and/or PHP •    are familiar with NoSQL technologies •    have a good understanding of Linux internals such inodes, process management, memory management, and IPC.
