Job Description

• Manage and develop our key accounts and build strong relationships to become a partner/adviser to our customers.
• Grow existing accounts by implementing new opportunities/initiatives, taking larger share of wallet and driving our businesses together.
• Put in place the key elements of the commercial relationship (pricing, terms and conditions etc), working with internal functions as appropriate leveraging cross selling opportunities in the group.
• Achieve annual sales and provide accurate forecasting.
• Drive joint business plans and new digital routes to market.
• Act as primary interface between the company and the customer to maximise full customer satisfaction by proactively supporting the customer and problem solving.
• Provide market, competitor and customer intelligence back to other functions within the business.
• Work and engage proactively across all areas of the business including Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Operations.
• Work closely with other members of the sales team to support/win national opportunities and drive business specific initiatives.
