Job Description
Manage and develop our key accounts and build strong relationships to become a partner/adviser to our customers.
Grow existing accounts by implementing new opportunities/initiatives, taking larger share of wallet and driving our businesses together.
Put in place the key elements of the commercial relationship (pricing, terms and conditions etc), working with internal functions as appropriate leveraging cross selling opportunities in the group.
Achieve annual sales and provide accurate forecasting.
Drive joint business plans and new digital routes to market.
Act as primary interface between the company and the customer to maximise full customer satisfaction by proactively supporting the customer and problem solving.
Provide market, competitor and customer intelligence back to other functions within the business.
Work and engage proactively across all areas of the business including Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Operations.
Work closely with other members of the sales team to support/win national opportunities and drive business specific initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
