Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• An hons degree or equivalent in an Educational based Psychology discipline. • The want to succeed, working in a school setting. • A high level of interest assisting in regular care work. • Experience/Witness to others assisting people with SEND. • A valid enhanced DBS • Versatility/open-mindfulness - as no two days are the same!
