Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting our head office management and local teams. We’re looking for a confident receptionist with previous experience in a busy fast paced environment, who has an eye for detail and likes being part of a team, if this sounds like you then this role could suit you perfectly.
- Managing switchboard and ensuring all calls are directed appropriately
- Raising purchase orders and managing receipting
- Ordering stationery and subsistence for the office
- Management and handling of all Facilities related jobs on the Perform CAFM system
- Administrative duties including delivering post, organizing couriers and ensuring invoices are scanned and posted to our accounts team.
- Visitor management of all guests
- Health & Safety inspections and Contractor management
- Previously worked in a busy fast paced reception role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to priorities multiple tasks
- Confident communicating at all levels
- Planning & Organization - Ability to set priorities, goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivity
- Drive & Energy - Self–motivated and driven to succeed, focused on results and passionate about the job
