Job Description
The ideal candidate will be able to work with a high level of intensity and focus, and provide our customers and staff with a smile at all times – to maintain a positive working atmosphere.This role would suit someone looking to build a long-term career in mail administration with a growing company.
- To sort items of mail from mailbags into relevant categories
- To log mail in an efficient and accurate matter onto our CRM
- To process return to sender mail in an efficient and accurate manner
- To perform administrative duties ranging in complexity using our Digital Mailroom technology
- To act as overflow for inbound customer service telephone calls – providing a good level of customer service via telephone, when required
- Be able to communicate effectively by email with customers, providing an excellent level of customer service
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good computer literacy with a fast typing speed. Positive mentality. Excellent work ethic and ability to work with intensity. Reliability. Good customer service skills. Good written and verbal English communication skills. English language GCSE Grade C or above. Evidence of longevity with at least one employer.
