Job Description
  • Enabling suppliers to be paid in accordance with the relevant payment terms
  • Help with maintaining and developing the improvement of the current and future International Freight Forwarding
  • Help drive to improve current department accounts process and assist in any ad-hoc that may arise
  • Manage allocated supplier account to ensure that invoices are processed promptly to enable payments to be made on time
  • Provide cover to other colleagues as and when required
  • Respond to all internal and supplier queries in a timely manner, update query records accurately
  • Ensure continuous improvement to administration processes and systems and implement authorization procedures
  • Provable experience within Finance.
  • Experience within the freight forwarding industry an advantage.
  • Financial awareness and control.
  • Basic IT; Microsoft Office, In-house systems.
  • Proactive and flexible approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
