Job Description

Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor includes:

  • Conducting management, refurbishment & demolition surveys
  • Working on commercial, industrial and domestic sites in the Midland’s
  • Developing relationships with clients, colleagues and member of the public
  • The successful candidate must hold P402, equivalent) and have extensive experience of industrial, Commercial and domestic properties
  • The role is required to carry out large complex surveys
  • You will be covering the majority of the South West region including Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Glamorgan
  • Carry out asbestos surveys (Demolition, Refurbishment and Management)
  • Carry out re-inspections and ensuring the clients asbestos register is kept up to date and compliant
  • Full understanding of asbestos legislations to keep in line with company policies and UKAS accreditation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
