The Job:

You will be responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, to support our continued growth. You will develop the system and processes required to produce accurate and relevant management information to enable the business to make commercial decisions. This will include:

• Sales & Revenue – Partner regional CCO & MGX on sales planning/forecasting through deep analysis into opportunity pipeline and conversion of sales to revenue.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Building on the 3-year integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecast model with KPI’s that measure key business drivers.
• Profitability Reporting & Analysis – Provide a broad range of detailed and insightful business analysis to facilitate decision making and identify potential improvement opportunities.
• Business Partnering – Support the development of insights and analytical offering of FP&A across all functions. Provide proactive challenge to the business on financial performance to drive improvements.

Essential

• Qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA) with relevant PQE
• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
• Deeply analytical and numerate with advanced excel skills
• Self-motivated and driven with experience working in fast growth entrepreneurial businesses
• Able to prioritise workload, cover all bases and be able to dive into the detail when necessary
• An excellent communicator with inter-personal skills to articulate and influence decision makers with clear and concise information.
