The successful Finance Operations Accountant based in London will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the financial management of the Company.
• Business Partner with the Partner Group on key financials and analysis.
• Preparing annual budgets & forecasts.
• Monitoring company performance and reporting on variances.
• Monitor sales pipeline with appropriate fee-earners to ensure re forecasts are accurate
• Prepare ad hoc re forecasts of P&L and cash flow

• Manage company IT including monitoring suitability of existing systems and recommend improvements as appropriate
• Project and Event management
• Ad hoc project work

The Successful Applicant

The successful Finance Operations Accountant based in London will have the following exposure:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience working in a dynamic and small team

• Financial Services industry experience desirable but not essential

• Experience working with third party outsourced functions

• Strong interpersonal skills in order to business partner across the firm

• A hands on approach to working
