Job Description

You will be involved with the following:

  • Processing the Weekly payment run via BACS
  • Processing both Accounts Payable & Receivable Invoices
  • Month End Reconciliations
  • Reconciling staff credit card expenses
  • Allocation of money received
  • Closing Ledgers
  • Between 1-2 year’s experience
  • Reconciling Supplier Statements
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Bank reconciliations

You will gain responsibility for:

  • Multi-Currency Exposure
  • VAT returns and Calculations
  • Accruals and Prepayments
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Processing Journals
