Job Description
  • Organizing and taking minutes for case reviews (involving residents their family and health care professionals)
  • Managing, maintaining and archiving resident’s clinical records
  • Providing administration support for the admission and discharge processes.
  • Enquiry handling both in person and on the telephone
  • Providing some administrative support for residents directly including pocket money
  • Collating and providing contract monitoring information
  • Building positive working links with PCTs, Local authorities, funders and commissioners
