Job Description
- Organizing and taking minutes for case reviews (involving residents their family and health care professionals)
- Managing, maintaining and archiving resident’s clinical records
- Providing administration support for the admission and discharge processes.
- Enquiry handling both in person and on the telephone
- Providing some administrative support for residents directly including pocket money
- Collating and providing contract monitoring information
- Building positive working links with PCTs, Local authorities, funders and commissioners
