- Administrative support to sales and management department within the office
- Communicating with clients and suppliers
- Taking calls and message taking
- Typing and data entry
- Filing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Preferably experience as an Administrator / Secretary or similar role. Customer focused and comfortable in a client facing role. Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented. Organized and able to priorities workload in a faced paced environment. Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
