Cover the reception as and when required
Office and meeting room management
Travel booking support
Managing the switchboard
CRM data input
Liaising with the building management company re. services repairs and modifications
Opening and distributing the post and deliveries
Ensure front of house is welcoming and tidy
Supporting events team where required
Other ad hoc duties as necessary
