Job Description
  • Cover the reception as and when required
  • Office and meeting room management
  • Travel booking support
  • Managing the switchboard
  • CRM data input
  • Liaising with the building management company re. services repairs and modifications
  • Opening and distributing the post and deliveries
  • Ensure front of house is welcoming and tidy
  • Supporting events team where required
  • Other ad hoc duties as necessary
