Job Description

You will provide support on HR projects - data cleanse, a detailed comparison of policies from a TUPE organisation and this company to identify differences, organising project meetings, chasing paperwork and taking notes. The HR team in this charity company are friendly and hardworking, I have worked with them over the years, with many positive conversations and outcomes.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be a professional HR Generalist, with excellent organisation, communication and administration skills. You will need very good excel skills (setting up spreadsheet, formulas, etc), experience with HR databases and above all a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. If you have any experience of TUPE, that would be beneficial but not essential.
