Job Description

The role will be responsible for administering a caseload of residuary and pecuniary legacies, and for supporting the Legacy Administration Manager and the wider team. This will involve reviewing dealing with incoming correspondence and payments, and handling calls from executors. We can offer some flexibility over hours for a suitably qualified applicant. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be experienced in legacy administration, ideally having been responsible for a case load and have a strong track record of providing high quality administrative support. Excellent organization skills and the ability to priorities effectively to meet targets and deadlines are key for this role. As well as being able to work well independently, being a good team player is key, to work well collaboratively as part of the Legacy team and wider Fundraising Directorate.
