This is a newly created role where you will be working closely with the sales team supporting them with order processing all administrative tasks are completed to contribute to the smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the sales team processing customers’ orders
Managing internal database
Answering telephones in a timely manner
Resolving customer queries
Be willing to support the team with any administrative tasks
Fully proficient in all Microsoft packages
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
