This is a newly created role where you will be working closely with the sales team supporting them with order processing all administrative tasks are completed to contribute to the smooth running of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the sales team processing customers’ orders
  • Managing internal database
  • Answering telephones in a timely manner
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Be willing to support the team with any administrative tasks
  • Fully proficient in all Microsoft packages

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for bright and ambitious individuals with a excellent administrative skills, you will be a confident communicator, be able to use your own initiative and have strong knowledge with all Microsoft packages.
