To deal with requests for service (including complaints), advice and information from members of the public, local businesses, other Directorates or external bodies on matters relating to the work of the group. This includes initiating action where necessary such as referring the caller to an Environmental Health Team Manager or Officer. In accordance with management guidelines to manage appointments for relevant staff.
To undertake administrative duties in relation to, and generally in support of, all functions carried out by the service. This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
