Job Description
This will include:
- Diary and email management for MDs
- Helping to ensure that all internal processes are followed and that systems are updated on a regular basis, specifically Lawson, Salesforce and Monday.com
- Ensuring weekly timecards for the team are submitted
- Submission of expenses
- Organizing travel and producing travel itineraries
- Dealing with any administrative queries and issues on all levels when necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience as a team administrator or Executive Assistant. Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Highly organized with the ability to manage time and projects effectively. High level of interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Fast thinking, proactive and confident working unsupervised using own initiative. Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity and confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven organizational skills with the ability to priorities heavy workloads and remain calm under pressure. Experienced using MS Office suite of tools especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English is a must.
