Job Description
Varied tasks across the department specialties, to a structured weekly schedule. Absence monitoring as below, data entry, assisting in checking the team's data input, expense processing, duty of care monitoring, system data accuracy, self-service queries and any of administration task required.
Oversee the distribution of emails to the appropriate Payroll, Benefits or Expense team member from the Payroll Manager Mailbox
Respond directly to any requests for copy pay slips, P60 or reference requests, provide help and assistance to employees calling into the department or making a general enquiry to the team
Enter other paid and unpaid absences to the system, deducting pay where appropriate
Post out to be franked to daily to deadline
Ensure all confidential data is destroyed where appropriate daily
Assist with pay slip printing, enveloping and postage
Assist with any bulk mail outs
Monitor payroll & benefits pages on and advise and assist with updates
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word. Good communicator both on the telephone and via e-mail or letter. Flexible, adaptable and somebody who can work well under pressure and deal with high volumes and tight deadlines.
