Provide administrative support to field-based sales team.
Plan and arrange all sales meeting venues, ensuring best price and availability.
Ensure availability of all takeaway materials for sales meetings.
Produce daily Salesforce.com and SAP reports and statistics on a timely basis.
Provide support for field sales teams during periods of ASM absence (holidays etc.).
Attend stock meetings and provide feedback to UK management.
Support in arranging and attending specialist sales events including exhibitions.
Manage the sales team fleet operations.
Manage the send out of all visual merchandise, working closely with the Marketing Team.
Assisting the Education Team with booking system and managing development work within Salesforce.
Responsible for collating commission for the field sales team.
Responsible for collating and calculating salon rebates.
Place orders for key salon groups and manage administrative requests.
Responsible for setting up promotions, discounts and any changes in pricing in Salesforce and SAP, working closely with the Finance and Credit Control Team.

Previous office experience in a fast paced and changing environment. Ability to work on own or as part of a team. Flexible with hours and working pattern. Excellent organization and planning skills. Proven communication skills, verbal and written. Experienced in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint & Excel). Ability to multitask. Proficient in Salesforce database and Excel.
