Reporting into the People Lead you will be responsible for the employee life cycle including recruitment, talent management and conducting exit interviews to analyse trends and provide feedback.
You will ideally be experienced in supporting permanent workers as well as weekly workers and temporary staff.
You will be able to support and coach line managers to be confident in dealing with sickness, absence and low level ER cases and upskill them in areas of people management.
