TSR Legal are recruiting for a qualified Employment Legal Advisor with Settlement agreements experience. Our client, a reputable national law firm with offices in Plymouth looking for a driven professional with experience in employment law previously. This is an excellent 6 month contract for the individual at an organisation that values their people.

You will provide a range of general legal advice to Trade Unions. You will have the opportunity to specifically advise and where necessary, sign off Settlement Agreements.

Employment Law Coverage:

• Settlement Agreements (large part of role)
• Unfair and Constructive Dismissal
• Wrongful Dismissal
• Discrimination and harassment
• Contract issues
