The role will also incorporate a degree of health & safety administration and policy making and it will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to ensure that suitable H&S protocols are efficient and streamlined.
This will be a challenging, yet highly rewarding role that will operate within a fast-paced environment. You will work directly alongside the Managing Director and Health and Safety Manager paving a streamlined HR process that both employee and employer will benefit from.The ideal candidate will be experienced in a Mid-level HR role, ideally looking to progress towards a Manager role. Some level of Health & safety experience is required and ideally you will be qualified to CIPD Level 3 as a minimum.
