Job Description

You will work with a caseload of offenders & ex-offenders to provide support around training, education and employment whilst signposting them to services covering housing / resettlement needs to ensure they are receiving well-rounded support as they re-integrate back into society.

There are ETE targets involved so you must be target-driven, and able to work independently.

The role is based at:

- HMP Dartmoor & Plymouth CRC and NPS

You MUST have access to your own vehicle for this role – this is essential.

To apply, ideally you must have experience of working within prison or probation. Otherwise, you may have worked as an Employment Advisor, Probation Officer, Case Manager, or as a Resettlement Officer.
