You will be on the phone for the majority of the time but there’ll be plenty of variety as you never know what kind of call is going to come in next. What you will quickly learn though is that you can make a real difference, helping us provide excellence and peace of mind to our client’s customers! Plus, you will be part of an amazing team and have plenty of training and support.

Annualised Hours means that if you will be engaged to work a set number of hours per week (your Contracted Hours). These will be agreed during the recruitment process and can vary from 20 to 40 hours per week.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Sales experience and the ability to meet sales and revenue targets • Customer focused, great communication skills and a good attention to detail • Influencing and persuading skills • Good basic IT skills and strong written literacy skills • Positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers over the phone • Ability to work under pressure and handle a high number of calls within a shift Desirable Skills and Experience • Insurance industry experience • Travel industry experience
