Job Description

Your role is to support the Licensing and Publishing Manager. You will be the interface between our team and artwork and the design content project, supporting new non-personalized publishers. You will also support the licensing and publishing manager on DCP range planning, DCPresearch, contract & SAP set-up. You will also support with licensing Sales updates, presentations, approvals and licensing communication across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing our DCP publishing partners requesting and curating their card ranges with the Licensing & Publishing Managers Support.
  • Onboarding and researching new potential partners setting them up for team review, writing their contracts, SAP supplier set up and continuing to request content in line with the studio teams timeline.
  • Manage the flow of artwork from the Licensing & Publishing Manager through the selection, sign off process and managing Jira
  • Manage Licensing approvals for Licensors such as CarteBlanche and Publishers
  • Produce sales updates, reports and presentations for licensor and publisher meetings when needed
  • Produce licensing newsletter to update the business
  • Awareness of new brand and licensing news and read and review articles
  • Support the Licensing Manager with tradeshow prep work such as Brand Licensing Europe, Virtual Vegas and PG Live
  • Studio creative timeline/process awareness to request content in a timely manner

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good knowledge of licensing and studio procedures & software such as Jira & SAP. Knowledge of approval and production processes and their implications on the delivery of product in a timely manner. Awareness of the studio creative timeline and project management. Able to use Google suite, Excel and Photoshop. Manage approvals and ensure high standards are delivered at all times. Ability to co-ordinate and maintain strong relationships with DCP publishers, internal teams and artwork. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication skills.
