Reporting directly into the Head of HR you will get exposure of the following:

• Supporting with the end-to-end recruitment process
• Om-boarding and induction of all new starters
• First point of contact for all HR related queries
• Organising training for employees
• Taking part in engagement-related activity
• Benchmarking on salaries and other areas of compensation and benefits
• Reporting on all areas of HR MI
