This fantastic opportunity for an HR Officer will see you join a small HR team. Earning £30,000, you'll report into the HR Manager and will provide full generalist HR support to managers and employees across the organisation.
You will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, and have strong operational HR experience. You confident in advising across; policies and procedures, investigations, disciplinary actions and grievances, absence management and HR administration. You will be expected to deal with issues proactively, communicating professionally and appropriately with people at all levels of the organisation and build effective working relationships with the managers that you support.
You'll need to offer:
* Extensive experience within a generalist role, ideally within a blue collar environment
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Strong administrative skills and communication skills.
* A minimum CIPD level 5 qualification.
