The successful candidate will be required to work between the hours of 12:00 – 21:00, we are open to discussions with candidates looking for both full and part time positions.
You will be responsible for:
Promptly answering telephone and email enquiries to the Practice, ensuring potential patients and corporate clients are provided with all relevant information
Booking of appointments both in practice and off site for example at home address or hotels, ensuring a safe and welcome journey for all patients
Adhering to the practice administration procedures to ensure patient information, correspondence and results are inputted to the correct medical systems
Ensuring excellent customer service to ensure minimal cancellations and DNAs
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have: Previous experience in an administration or reception role in healthcare. Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Able to work efficiently under pressure. Polished and professional personal presentation. Confidentiality and discretion are key. Ability to work autonomously. Exceptional attention to detail.
