Job Description

A growing FinTech business are looking to hire an FP&A Accountant to join a small but effective finance team to work alongside the Chief Accountant and cover a wide area of the finance function. You will be responsible for the following tasks which include;

• Maintenance of day-to-day modelling consistent with an agile finance methodology;
• Production of weekly flash and KPI’s for Exec;
• Production of ad-hoc scenario analysis;
• Enhancement of dashboard and management reporting suite which will shortly replace the management accounts;
• Co-ordination of annual budget and subsequent Reforecast;
• Participation in ad-hoc integration project work;
• Ability to work with contractors to continue to develop model as business becomes more complex;
• Assist the Finance Systems Admin with administration and maintenance of the Adaptive Insights instance.

This role would suit someone who is currently in an FP&A Function looking to move into a small team and impactful role for an ambitious organisation. You must have the ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualification and be a least 3/4 years post qualified with a technical degree from a top University.

Software experience in Adaptive Systems is essential
