Provide leadership to a team of assessors based across the UK
Allocate workload and manage team priorities
Provide technical advice to the assessment team
Review assessments to ensure they meet the required standard
Establish and deliver a CPD Training programme
Maintain internal training aids and resources
Deal with applicant observations and escalations
Act as representative for the assessment team when speaking with key H&S Consultants
Input into the development of the new product opportunities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experience of successful delivering of Health & Safety Training • Experience of implementing and monitoring audit procedures • Have a very good understanding of current Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 and Health & Safety legislation • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or NEBOSH General Certificate in Construction Safety & Health. • Level 2 Certificate in adult Numeracy and Literacy. • Leadership Skills: Must be able to assess and analyse workloads and the technical capabilities of the team to maximise efficiency.
