Job Description
You are responsible for all aspects of legacy administration, from notification of the legacy gift, efficient case management to receipt of gift. The wider team is responsible for increasing the consideration and intent of individual supporters and the wider public to support communities to have clean water through gifts in wills and in memory giving. Responsible for maintaining our legacy database and creating new case files.
Be responsible for the accuracy of data added to our legacy database
Manage the scanning of post and attaching these to case files
Case management of specific and pecuniary gifts
Code income and provide monthly reconciliation income reports
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful management of legacy case files

You'll have strong attention to detail and experience of data capture. You'll have excellent written and numeracy skills. You'll have the ability to support and proactively work as part of a team. You'll have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a range of people.
