Job Description

You must be able to use your own initiative and work within a team. You will need to have good communication, interpersonal and time management skills and must be IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Consistency and attention to detail is essential.

  • Maintaining works monitoring database (including data entry, filtering and producing reports on Excel spreadsheets).
  • Responsible for preparing works opening and closing packs (including collating information and distribution).

General office duties including liaising with visitors on site, monitoring the site telephone switchboard, document scanning and filing, sending reports to client and sub-contractors, inputting site instructions on M-Site and archiving files.
